Enable Session Cookies To Sign In
TO SIGN IN, YOU MUST HAVE SESSION COOKIES ENABLED.
To sign in, you must have cookies enabled. Cookies allow us to remember
who you are so that we don't have to ask you to sign in on every secure
page.
Follow the instructions below on how to turn your browser's cookies on.
Internet Explorer 4.x: On the menu bar, click the View menu and
select "Internet Options...". When the Internet Options screen opens, select
the "Advanced" tab. Scroll down to the yellow exclamation icon next to
"Cookies" and select the "Always accept cookies" option. Click the OK button
to close the Internet Options screen and return to the browser.
Internet Explorer 5.x: On the menu bar, click the Tools menu and
select "Internet Options..." When the Internet Options screen opens, select
the "Security" tab. Select "Internet" zone and click the "Custom Level..."
button. Scroll down to the "Cookies" section and select the "Enable" option
in both categories. Click the OK button to close the Internet Options screen
and return to the browser.
Internet Explorer 6.x: On the menu bar, click the Tools menu and
select "Internet Options...". When the Internet Options screen opens, select
the "Privacy" tab. Click the "Advanced..." button. Click the "Override
automatic cookie handling" box and select the "Accept" option in the
"First-party cookies" and "Third-party cookies" categories. Click the OK
button to close the Internet Options screen and return to the browser.
Netscape Navigator 4.x: On the menu bar, click the Edit menu and
select "Preferences...". When the Preferences screen opens, click on the
"Advanced" category and select the "Accept All Cookies" option in the box
labeled Cookies. Click the OK button to close the Preferences screen and
return to the browser.
Netscape Navigator 6.x: On the menu bar, click the Edit menu and
select "Preferences...". When the Preferences screen opens, click on the
"Privacy and Security" category, then click on the "Cookies" category and
select the "Enable all cookies" option. Click the OK button to close the
Preferences screen and return to the browser.
Netscape Navigator 7.x: On the menu bar, click the Edit menu and
select "Preferences...". When the Preferences screen opens, click on the
"Privacy and Security" category, then click on the "Cookies" category and
select the "Enable all cookies" option. Click the OK button to close the
Preferences screen and return to the browser.
AOL 9.0: On the menu bar, click on the AOL "Settings" icon near
the top of your AOL window. In the "Essentials" section, click on "Internet
[Web] Options", then click on the "Privacy" tab. Click on the "Advanced"
button and ensure that "Override automatic cookie handling" is checked.
First and Third party cookies should be set to "Accept". In addition,
check "Always allow session cookies" and click on "OK".Click "Apply" and
then "OK". Exit AOL and restart your computer.
AOL 8.0:1. On the menu bar, click on the AOL "Settings" icon near the
top of your AOL window. In the dropdown that appears, select "Preferences"
and click the "By Category" tab. Next, find "Internet" in the listings. and
click on the "Privacy" tab. Click on the "Advanced" button and ensure that
"Override automatic cookie handling" is checked. First and Third party
cookies should be set to "Accept". In addition, check "Always allow session
cookies" and click on "OK". Click "Apply" and then "OK". Exit AOL and
restart your computer.
Firefox 1.x: On the menu bar, choose "Tools" and select
"Options". Click the "Privacy" icon in the "Options" menu. Click "Cookies"
to expand the section and click the "Allow sites to set cookies" box.
